This Privacy Policy explains how Block Fall handles game data and user privacy.

Privacy-first by design
Block Fall is designed to run locally on your device. The game does not require a CrabsCode account and, as of the effective date above, does not send your gameplay data or personal information to CrabsCode Inc.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to the Block Fall game developed and published by CrabsCode Inc. Block Fall is a puzzle game that stores gameplay progress and preferences locally so that features such as saved games, scores, achievements and settings can work on your device.
This policy applies specifically to Block Fall. The CrabsCode website is covered by the separate CrabsCode website privacy policy.
2. Information stored locally
Gameplay data
Block Fall may store gameplay information locally on your device, including high scores, game statistics, completed achievements, local leaderboard entries, game mode information and the state of a saved game. This information is used to provide the game experience and is not automatically transmitted to CrabsCode Inc.
Preferences and settings
Block Fall may also store settings locally, such as audio levels, mute preferences, language, theme, control options, vibration preference, tutorial completion and other gameplay preferences. These settings remain local to the app unless they are transferred by an operating-system or device migration feature.
3. Personal data collection
As of the effective date of this policy, Block Fall does not collect personal information for CrabsCode Inc. The game does not require you to provide a name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, financial information, authentication credentials or advertising identifiers in order to play.
Block Fall does not require a CrabsCode account.
4. Analytics, advertising and tracking
As of the effective date, Block Fall does not include analytics or advertising SDKs in the current app project, and it does not use CrabsCode Inc. servers to collect gameplay telemetry. CrabsCode Inc. does not sell personal information obtained through Block Fall.
Block Fall may be distributed through third-party app stores such as Google Play. Those platforms may process technical, purchase, account or usage information independently under their own terms and privacy policies. Such platform-level processing is not controlled by Block Fall or CrabsCode Inc.
5. Data sharing
Because Block Fall does not transmit your locally stored gameplay data or personal information to CrabsCode Inc. as described above, CrabsCode Inc. does not share that app data with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
6. Device features
Block Fall may use standard device features needed for gameplay, such as display, audio, touch or keyboard input, and vibration or haptic feedback when enabled. These features do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to CrabsCode Inc.
7. Data security
Block Fall minimizes data exposure by keeping game progress and preferences locally on your device. Access to locally stored app data is subject to the security protections provided by Android and your device.
No method of electronic storage is completely risk-free, so we recommend keeping your device and operating system updated and using the security features available on your device.
8. Data retention, deletion and device migration
CrabsCode Inc. does not retain copies of your local Block Fall save data because that data is not automatically transmitted to us. Locally stored settings, scores, statistics, achievements, leaderboard information and saved game data remain on your device until they are replaced, cleared through Android settings, deleted by the app where supported, or removed when the app is uninstalled, depending on your device and operating-system behavior.
Block Fall disables Android cloud backup. However, Android or some device manufacturers may still provide direct device-to-device migration features that can transfer app data between devices. Any such transfer is performed by the operating system or device migration service and is not collection by CrabsCode Inc.
9. Children's privacy
Block Fall does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the game. The game does not require an account and, as of the effective date, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs to profile players.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Block Fall's features, data practices or legal obligations change. When changes are made, the revised policy will be published at this URL and the effective date above will be updated.
